CRWST began with hard working entrepreneurs, Osian and Catrin, they wanted to move back to West Wales to create a unique and relaxed food experience accessible to all. Osian is a trained chef, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age whilst baking with his Mamgu in Blaenffos, West Wales.
Simple, delicious treats would come from the kitchen, including the family favourite, ‘Welshcakes Mamgu’.
